Springfield Manor
Set against a beautiful backdrop of Maryland mountains, Springfield Manor is a perfectly idyllic wedding setting regardless of the season. The estate, built in 1774, features a magnificent ballroom to accommodate even the largest weddings. Beyond, the private suites are immaculately adorned, for those not-to-be-missed pre-wedding photos with your bridal party. However, possibly the best part of this venue is the outdoors, where the 130 acres provide not only a pristine arbor to grace your ceremony space, but also romantic lavender fields and a lush vineyard.
The Springfield Manor Wedding
This late afternoon wedding took advantage of all the breathtaking spots across Springfield Manor. In addition to a touching first look, the bride and groom also performed a tea ceremony during cocktail hour, a tender and symbolic moment for just their closest family. The reception lasted well into the night, with lots of laughter and dancing (including a unique take on the father/daughter and mother/son dances)! It all concluded with a memorable sparkler exit.
The Bride & Groom
After a chance meeting in an anatomy class, Eva and Zach fell in love, their adventurous personalities mixing in all the right ways. Check out their engagement session from earlier this year, held at Sugarloaf Mountain.
