We're so excited to be a part of this journey in your life and cannot wait for your wedding! Here at Bakerture, we're rooted in a deep connection with our couples to embrace and highlight their own personal story with photographs and film that are lucid, yet emotionally powerful. Our passionate team thrives on pairing genuine moments with the craft of creative storytelling to preserve the memories of your wedding day for generations to come.
First off, we want to congratulate you on your engagement and tell you how excited we are to be on this journey with you. This is a very exciting and memorable time in your life and there is lots of planning ahead. Our job at Bakerture is to make your life a little easier by assisting with photography and videography planning.
Below you will find details about our journey together. We will guide you every step of the way. We use a system called Honeybook which will keep all of our documents, timelines and email conversations neatly organized. On top of that, we have a dedicated event coordinator to assist you every step of the way with photo & video planning. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

2.Engagement Session

If you have booked an engagement session, our event coordinator will be in touch with you shortly to get your session scheduled.
Now is a great time start thinking about your session location, your time frame, and what you want to wear!

3.Gallery Delivery
Your engagement session gallery will be delivered as quickly as we can, typically within two weeks!
4.Timeline questionnaire
90 days before your wedding day, we will send you a questionnaire to gather additional details about your wedding day. Please fill this questionnaire out at least 30 days before your wedding day so that we can craft your timeline.
5.timeline delivery
Once we receive your questionnaire, our event coordinator will start working on your timeline. Once the timeline is complete, we'll send it over to you with questions or clarifications as needed. Once you review it, we can make changes or discuss over a call as needed.

6.Your wedding day
The day has finally arrived! Our team arrives on your wedding day to perfectly preserve the day, and capture all of the details we outline in your timeline. Whether you have one team member or more, our team is prepped and ready to document the magic of your day.
7.Gallery delivery
Our editors have worked hard to create a beautiful photo and/or video gallery to share with you. Their delivery timeline is outlined in your contract. Please reach out if you have any questions!
FAQs
Can we add on video later?
Yes! You are able to add on video at any point, pending videographer availability.
How do we order prints/albums?
Once your gallery is delivered, Pic-Time allows you to purchase photo items directly through their platform.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Rainy wedding photos are beautiful and create the opportunity for so many candid moments! We will utilize indoor spaces to document the intimacy of the day.
Can we request poses/specific shots?
We encourage you to trust your photographer and their ability to create beautiful shots. Specific shot lists can lessen the opportunity for creativity, and your photographer's ability to see the candid moments happening around them. However, if there are 2-3 specific poses that you want to be sure happen on your wedding day, please let our event coordinator know, and they will pass it along to your photographer!
