The Inn at the Silk Mill
This historic hotel was first built in 1930 and it’s timeless brick walls covered in ivy are the perfect backdrop for wedding party portraits. The iconic “Copper Shop” building is perfect for portraits of the bride and groom. With Christmas lights set up along the property, it created a very festive and romantic atmosphere for the bride & groom as well as their guests. The industrial style reception space is one of our favorites to shoot.
The Inn at the Silk Mill Wedding
This lovely wedding started with the bride and groom getting ready in the bridal and grooms suites at The Inn at the Silk Mill. From there we traveled to The United States Marine Corps Memorial Chapel where the ceremony was held. At the chapel, the bride, Macy, decided to do a first look with her father. His reaction was incredibly sweet. The ceremony was both elegant and classic. The reception was back at the Inn at the Silk Mill where beautiful speeches were made and family and friends danced all night. This special night ended with a sparkler send off which was the perfect way to end this perfect day.
