Event Coordinator
Bakerture is looking for a logistics guru to join our operations team. The candidate will aide in the success of engagement and wedding photo + video projects in concordance with our creative team. Our Event Coordinator will play a critical role in our busy wedding schedule. This position will work directly with the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities
Coordinate talent, gear and logistics for wedding assignments
Attend venue walk-throughs
Craft wedding event timelines
Host creative team meetings
Keep inventory of gear
Assist with gear prep
Manage bookings with sales associate (proposals, invoices, contracts)
Contract talent as needed
Maintain client deliverables
Maintain vendor + venue relationships
Attend bridal shows + networking events
Qualifications
At least 1-3 years experience with event planning
Must have strong communication + organizational skills
Must be a self starter
Must be detail oriented
Proficient typing skills and proper grammar usage
Customer focused
Training/Educational skills a plus
